I have brought some retro fit ones off ebay. They are 21 drivers side and 18" passengers and was marketed at being for a smart roadster but they fit fine on a beeza!
I bought Bosch Aero Twins from wiperblades.co.uk 2 years ago, not even a single streak yet... was about £22 delivered I think. All you have to do is select the car from the drop down lists on the LHS of the page and it shows you all the different brands that they carry for the Ibiza.
However I would advise to get an 18in for the passanger side as the 19in will miss out a little bit at the edge of the windscreen at that side.
