AGU tip onto AQU engine?

New to this so hope I'm posting in correct section! I have come across a forge tip from a golf gti however engine code is AGU which I believe is 150bhp car fitted with ko3 turbo.

My car is 180bhp leon cupra, AUQ engine ko3s turbo.

Basically my question is will the forge turbo inlet pipe fit from the AGU engine onto my AUQ engine?

Thanks

Yes they are pretty much identical. Only difference is the ko3 turbo does not provide as much power. The ko3s is sort of a hybrid over the ko3. Same housing and Fitment except it has 2 vac hoses which do not effect the tip.

Thanks for reply will check that I think tip has a plug in it at moment that must be where my second vac fits from my setup. Just trying to collect parts at moment do I can get car remapped next year and know this is essential.

Well if your looking to get the most out of the stock turbo then the best mod by far is a 3" downpipe with decat or sport cat and a straight through exhaust. If you have not yet got one then the downpipe and decat can be had on eBay for less than £100.

Have my eye on a few bits at the moment. Have Forge DV007 bought and 4 bar fuel pressure reg. Just collecting parts then will fit and remap then. I'm looking at Turbo Revs 3" dp decat on web at moment going cheap. I can always weld in sports cat at a later date if needs be. Also toyosports FMIC. I know guys are saying FMIC is better for stage 2 my only concern is cutting into bumber and loosing fogs. My LC looks completely standard apart from wheels and sebring exhaust at back would like to keep it as stock looking as possible. Was looking at the uprated SMIC just not sure really. If I fit DP wonder if I could loose my central silencer box and have a straight pipe fabricated to go from decat right into back box. Its a sebring stainless steel box much bigger than stock so might be ok?

There is a non res race tube on eBay for around £40 it fits on the end of the decat pipe and then you will need to cut at the over axel piece and just clamp or weld together. That's what I did. But it gets pretty loud. I now have a gt3071 turbo fitted and I chopped and welded my 3" dp to fit and now it's really loud. If your gonna get the frontmount ic and the downpipe etc. You can get it custom mapped to around 240bhp.
