Hello,

As discussed in previous threads i am looking to smooth my 1.4s airbox and then replace the filters with green panel filters...

I am having trouble getting the airbox/engine cover off... I have undone the two bolts on the top and then pulled it up... are there but it seems to be held on at the rear by something??? Are there any more screws/bolts or does it just need a good tug?

(Had a search earlier with no results) Any help would be appreciated

Cheers :funk:

think its 13 or 14 screws.

TBH mate there isnt much to smooth off in there though.

i still have the standard airbox. cant be bothered to change to induction kit, plus the engine bay looks nicer with it in IMHO

not that there's much of an engine in there. I find that our engines look nice with the bonnet closed ;)

Is there any diffrence between a induction kit for a 8V and one for a 16V? fitting wise?
