Air Con and Air Recirculation

59 plate 1.6 Sport SC.
Only had it a few days, and just tried A/C. When i turn it on, it also turns on the Air Recirc, which i then have to turn off.
I checked the user manual, and it advises that in 'hot' weather car will cool quicker if Recirc is selected, but says nothing about doing it for you.
Tried it again early morning and Recirc did not come on.

So I am guessing that above some unknown temp, turning on the A/C will automatically select the Recirc as well.
Any one else noticed this, or have do I a new 'unique' feature (aka a Canbus Bug) !!

I noticed that, but never really probed further.

It's probably a "feature" with some logic behind it that was deemed too trivial for the manual

Page 123 of the instructions - under the note section - second item - ( unless you have it directed to defrost the screen )
