airal change two c2 airal

i want to change the airal to the c2 i can undo it but it wont come off still ,so do i pull it off or cut the cable if anyone can help please thanks

Hold down the base and pull Ariel really hard mate.

Unscrew it, lie it down so it faces the rear and pull HARD it will come off, replace with small one..

Why do people change the aireal to the c2 one, hopefully i get mmy LCR at the weekend and was just wondering what the fuss is about

Just a little visual upgrade i guess and some ppl say it looks better, I dont know if i would do it though as the reception has to be affected ????
