Alloy wheel refurbists

Hi guys, need some info on places in the northwest of England (near Manchester) or the southwest England (near Salisbury) who can do wheel refurbishment on my alloys, any help would be great

How much am I looking to pay for 4 alloys in anthracite?

depends what condition they are in to start with

They are in good condition apart from one which has slight kerbing, and some have paint flaking off, will it cost more to keep my tyres on?
