just wodering where people on here got there alloys from? as i've been looking about and as i'm on a budget, need to see if i can get as good a deal as possible!

There are loads of different companies out there for alloy wheels. It depends on what type you want etc etc.
Some places to look at are SouthWest Tyres, Wheelbase, R-tec, Motorsport wheels, Alloy wheels and tyres uk, to name but a few

I've bought quite a few sets on fleaBay, mostly getting the wheels and tyres for the value of the tyres alone.

If you want a particular set then they will come round eventually. e.g. wanted a set of OZ SuperTourismos for my S3. Took nearly 2 years of waiting but got a set last year for about £400 with virtually brand new tyres on them.

bought my mk3 alloys from another forum member and they look great on my mk2

i used www.rochfordtyres.co.uk a few times and been pleased with them but check the forums for second hand wheels with tyres - always good to save a few pennies

ive got a nice set for sale on a budget with brand new performance tyres
Also www.topgear.co.uk (i think it is) they sell loads of wheels and tyres
