Altea xl rear wheel bearing torque and which bearing??

Hi there have a grumbling rear wheel bearing on an Altea xl 1.9tdi and need the torque setting for the bolt. Anyone know off hand. I read it needs to be torqued then 180 degree but not sure if this is correct and also dont know the torque. There also seems to be two with the only difference being 1mm flange diamater and 2mm inner as well as 1mm width. Anyone know which one for a 09 plate 1.9tdi bxe engine

Feels like you might need to check the Erwin material. Bit of a lucky dip if they don't cover your vehicle... you have to have a look. You then download the set of manuals, I suspect it will be in there if they published the material for your vehicle.

I did have a bearing go on my standard Altea, got the dealer to replace it.
