AMD Essex

Anyone used AMD Essex for work.
I am just putting together a list of things to do on the wifes LC1 which include the following -
Stage 1
New front brakes (keep same size)
Bush upgrades (especially rear bush on front wishbones)
Boost gauge (drives side vent)

They are relatively easy for me to get too from West Sussex.
Prior to work it will also have Forge TIP fitted and some new treads on the rear.
Anything else I could do whilst I am in the mood and have time to kill.

The forge tip is small compared to the new sfs one, 4 week delay on them i read yesterday, but so worth the wait

Yeah SFS have a big delay ATM as they're doing a big order for Awesome GTI. Ordered one a few weeks ago and was told a 5 week wait then.

Iv ordered one Thursday from a seller on eBay who quoted 2 weeks sounds like he was being overly optimistic!

AmD do all the work on mine, I've never had any problems with what they've done for me.
Quite a few members on here that use AmD

forge TiP is waste of money imo, toyosports is half the price for exactly the same dimensions.. it just costs a lot more to print Forge on some silicon than it does Toyosports

They've done a fair amount of work on my car and I personally have never had any problems.

AmD have done loads on mine and I tend to only use them, and a few mates with my car who I can trust.

Their customer service has been brilliant when I've been stuck before on the way home they came out and rescued me, lol.
