Annoying Buzz / Vibration

Anybody know what this noise is. Seems to happen if you change down a gear or at higher revs if you let off

It’s been to Cupra and they think the dash needs to be removed.

Sounds to me like a fan bashing the side on a tube... like the blower fan. I could be barking up the wrong tree. Bathroom extractor fan here made a similar noise with the fan fins hitting the side of the tube. The fan failed and a trip to the hardware chain replaced it and sorted out the flexible piping... probably not it thou. But since you say changing gear ?.
