Was useful on the older turbos that were a lot stronger but had lots of lag.

Modern turbos, if set up correctly, suffer from hardly any lag (unless you go mad on summat like a 78mm turbo!) and an anti-lag system will destroy it.

The anti-lag injects fuel between changes or to a certain rev limit when idle, this ignites due to the temperature in the exhaust and gives the turbo a massive kick to spool it.
 
You can get this with a WOT box fitted and revving the car, well does on the MK2 LC anyway

i've heard far too many bad things on here about wotbox now

i really want one but i wanna make my engine bombproof before getting it fitted

i've already got the clutch, smf and diff done, just need the bottom end uprated and then i'll consider wotbox again
