Anybody know where these wires goes? - perhaps the horn?

A month ago I noticed a flicking noise from the engine. I opened the bonnet up and found these wires (see pic) flicking in the fans. The wires have obviously broken/snapped off from somewhere but I can not tell where.

I week or so later I noticed the horn was not working... so I am assuming these wires go to the horn.

I would appreciate if anybody can confirm the above and perhaps suggest where abouts the wires should go.

Any running issues fault codes. Not your horn hat runs along the slam panel

Thanks all... no running issues... no fault codes. I'll see I can work out where the wires should go for the latch.

ok it goes to a switch on the bonnet catch, looks like that maybe alarm,

just had a look.
