Anybody taken door trims off the outside of door

Not sure if you can take the outside door trims off are there holes behind or are they just stuck on ? Thanks dan

Sorry can't find a pic. The holes are approx 5mm diameter (from memory)..........

One of my trims has fallen off slightly, does anyone know what glue can be used to stick it back on?

Double sided trim tape should do the trick
