I have a phantom 52 mm it is white face with a nice subtle red glow around the background I've used prosport before and there an excellent gauge

I have those prosport gauges, the illumination matches quite well, doesn't bleed through like the clocks do on full brightness

So its not too bright at night then?
Was it easy to wire up? It comes with an separate boost sensor is that easy to install?

No not to bright, wiring is pretty straight forward but getting the sensor wiring through the bulkhead is a pain in the arse.

Where did you put the wires through in the end? Did you mount the sensor in the engine bay and just put the wires through the bulkhead somewhere?

My sensor is on top of the engine with some heat wrap around it.

I ran the wires through where the main wiring harness goes through the bulkhead to the scuttle panel then drilled a hole in the plastic next to where the main harness entered the car above the fuse box.

I installed mine not long ago with some help from Adam :) I wouldn't say it's really easy but it's certainly not hard. Now i know what I'm doing it wouldn't be so daunting. Have patience. I put the vac hose all the way through into the cabin but I don't suppose it matters either way really. I'm well happy with the look. One thing I will say about the prosport gauges is use proper vac hose rather than the cheapy plastic crap that came with the gauge. The end of mine came off the t-piece and the turbo did not sound happy!

Thanks for all your help. Just a couple of more questions does the boost sensor need a 12v supply to work or does it take power from the gauge? Also where did you take your boost feed from? Dump valve looks easier but I read fuel pressure valve is the best place?

That's great. It looks easy enough. What wire behind the head lamp switch do you use to make the gauge change from white to amber when head lights are switched on?

There are 2 plugs and if I remember rightly you want to use the bottom right wire on the biggest plug. The wire is red and black I think but i could be wrong. I'd get a multimeter and check before you butcher anything if i were you

Yep, I made he mistake of checking for power when the lights were on but not when they were off and connected to a constant.... Oops... Won't make that mistake again!
