anyone help fans

hi guys i have a problem with my fans on car i noticed the other day there was a loud screaming coming from my fan on the right side of rad . i no it has to fans could anyone tell me if one off these is for my aircon as im removing that anyway . in if it would do any more damde because loss of 1 rad thanks any help is good
