Based in Durham area, i'll make a few phonecalls and get some quotes, its not to bad, could have looked a lot worse haha!Place I use is £120 a wheel for diamond cut. Dunno where your bases but I’m in Scotland, company is the wheel specialist (there is a few) can’t rate them enough.

I did mine myself with some polishing stones (if you have access to some) rubbed it down and put some clear laquor over it, looked like new, was longer than that aswell
You could look at something like Gator Rims - @Deano j1971 has them on his car at they look awesome whilst protecting the rim.
Lepsons get very good reviews on golfgtiforum.co.uk. They currently charge £100 +VAT to refurbish a 19” diamond cut alloy. Link to website;

I’ve not used them myself so can’t vouch for the quality of their work but golfgtiforum.co.uk members who’ve used them have said the quality of their work makes refurbished wheels indistinguishable from from OEM factory finish.

I’ve always been a bit wary of fitting something like Alloygators to diamond cut alloys. I don’t know if there’s a risk of damaging the lacquered edge of the wheel they’re designed to protect when they’re hammered into place on the wheel. I’ve read that they can sometimes come detached from the wheel when the car’s being driven, and if the loose detached end hits the bodywork while the wheel is rotating at speed, it can cause quite nasty damage to the bodywork.

Been advised against alloygators, dirt and water gets trapped behind them and causes the wheel to corrode. This is made worse when the laquer is damaged during fitting
