Has anyone remapped the 2.0 Fsi engine ?

Not the turbo one - it makes 148 bhp as standard

cheers

Not heard of one on here.

Normally on N/A cars, there is very little number gain to be had, but the driving experience may be somewhat improved. Based on gains on other N/A cars, you would probably look to gain something like 5% over standard.

Personally, I wouldnt bother remapping a N/A car - the gains available for the outlay of coin is simply not worth it.

standard plot looks pretty damn smooth to me! no flat spots there

Probably just me being daft as some of the NA engines of the 80s/90s used to have flatspots and chipping used to eliminate flatspots. I suppose remapping is a totally different ball game these days.
