ap coilovers adjuster cups

Just had my car dropped on ap coilovers however the garage said they would only lower it to what they thought suitable, which= not low enough . Going to drop them to the bottom tomo and just wondering how easy the adjuster cups are to remove .

Easy to do if your good with a spanner!

Start by jacking up the rear and support on axel stands (no need to remove the wheels)
Place a trolley jack under the middle of the suspension beam
Undo and remove both lower shock mounting bolts
With the weight of the rear beam on the trolley jack gently lower it untill you can pull the springs out
Wind off the adjuster cups and then put everything back together

iv got AP coilovers on mine with the adjuster cups out, sits perfect mate, can't even get me fingers in the arches
