AP coilovers feeling floaty...help

Sorry if this has been discussed before but it is rattling my brain. Ive put brand new ap coilovers on my lcr along with new standard droplinks, discs and pads. When im driving along the road it feels like the front end is floating around on the springs and I am getting a bit of a rubbing noise from my passenger wheel but have 11mm spacers on so don't think its the tyre rubbing, I put them on with about an inch left on the adjusters, I have double checked everything I took off and its all tight apart from the drivers side top mount bolt in the engine bay which turns if I put a spanner on it, the car feels tight but floaty at the same time (if that makes sense) everything on the front end is polybushed so don't think its any bushes. I haven't got round to fitting the rears yet but I still have my prosports on the back but surely that wouldn't make it feel like this? Please help me!!! thanks.

sorry forgot to mention that I had my tracking done the next day and also got him to go over everything to check it was tight n he said he couldn't see anything wrong :/
