Hello, iam wanting to give my car apple car play but have been told I need to change byte 19 to HEX C4. Can anyone recommend a good diagnostics tool that can do this. I just want a cheap one that’ll do its job but I’m just not sure however which one to get. My car is a 2016 seat Leon
