Hi,

The Terramar manual says:

To raise the armrest, pull it fully up in the direction of the arrow ››› Fig. 100 or step by step, depending on how far you want to raise it. To lower the armrest, first lift it to its highest position. Then lower it down.

To move the armrest horizontally, move it forward ››› Fig. 100 or backward as much as possible in the direction of the corresponding arrow.

It definitely doesn't feel as though my arm rest would move horizontally, and I don't want to pull on it too hard for fear of breaking it. Does anyone's move horizontally? The arm rest in my old Ateca did. The Terramar's arm rest is too far back for me to rest my elbow on while driving on the motorway, and it'd be great if I could move it forward a couple of cm.

I've a V2.

From the manual it does definatly suggest it could move horizontally.

"To raise the armrest, pull it fully up in the direction of the arrow ››› Fig. 99 up or step by stepdepending on the desired opening. To lower the armrest, first lift it to its highestposition. Then lower it down.To move the armrest horizontally, move it forward ››› Fig. 99 or backward as much as possible in the direction of the corresponding arrow."

Sloppy documentation job from CUPRA. Probably copy/paste from another model's manual.
