If so was it 1.4 or 1.6 like the Lupo GTi?

And they wonder why SEAT's struggling. If they'd put half of their late 90's concepts into production they'd be doing a damn sight better than they are now. If the Leon mk2 looked more like the Salsa wouldn't have been such a bad thing.

oooh if only they had - mind you the 16v came out not long after those pics were circulated and isnt half bad a little motor

Power to weight ratio would have made it a flyer. The Lupo GTi was no slouch but lacked absolute torque. Love the go-kart sized platform cars, a bit skittish but killer fun!!
