Does anyone use this or just press the button on the dash when they see an old diesel?

I can't see any difference at all. I thought it was supposed to tell when a car or a smell hits a sensor that the air is changed to in the cabin only?

I have only ever used it manually.

It is most useful in these cold mornings to warm up the inside of the car quicker compared to pulling in cold air.

I believe the auto mostly works when you hit reverse to stop the car pulling in your own fumes.

Ah, ok. Thanks. My old Skoda did that anyway and you could really tell the fans were working internally. I know the mkIII octavia had a auto one that was supposed to stop smells from cars in front so I assumed wrongly that this was the same. Oh well, best use the button when I see an old diesel ahead

Just change the cabin filter to an "activated charcoal" one and you won't smell the fumes.

They are not much more expensive than the std filters.

The Skoda could from the outside, had a sensor somewhere at the front of the car

The worst smells in my car come from inside. It's something veggies learn to live with.

Hello, has anyone registered this feature?

I tried activating this function, but it seems that not working. Reverse gear engaged, windshield wipers on, nothing happend.

Have you activated the item in the climate settings setup?

yes, automatic air recirculation is on. AC is on AUTO, but trying another scenario with AC, but nothing working. I cant hear any changes in air vents. Does Leon even have this feature?
