Autotechnik - Anyone used them recently

Just asked them to get me a quote for fitting cruise control to my 03 LC, but also got me thinking about my 50k service that will be coming up within this year. Do I use Autotechnik or Meadens of Sway..

Any thoughts?

I've heard they've gone down hill in a big way since Alan left mate, why not try JKM?

Yeah used JKM before, just wrong end of the motorway..

used them the other day excellent service on my car and they were cheap to 40 k service for £255 also repaired the leak in one of my boost pipes which now means that my car runs perfectly

Blimey that is good as Kings mugged me for £340 and then I failed my MOT 1 month later. I wasn't impressed - more along the lines of WTF did they do for £340

I know Kings hate Meadens of Sway, so the it's going there for the future.. But if I get my new job I'm mulling a low milage 03 plate S3...

autotechnik customer service is second to none in my opinion they have have very good prices too in fact i would say they are the JKM of southampton i rate both garages very highly

Is this Autotechnik in Southampton?

I first contacted Autotechnik when i had my first Ibiza Cupra, they sold me an H & R Cup Kit and as far as i can remember were really good

I called them sometimes after that but cant remember why but they were againi helpful etc

I have called them on Tuesday to get some prices for my FKs and they said they would get back to me in about a day, i called them again yesterday to ask them for a price on the H & R Cup Kit again as well and they have not got back to me yet with either, im a little bit dissappointed that they have not contacted me before the Easter weekend but i am VERY impatient so i suppose ill have to put it down to that

If they have not called by Wednesday i will ring again!

All in all they have been one of the friendliest and helpful companies i have called
