B109515 Fault part identification

Good afternoon
I need some help identifying part that appears to have a problem. After scanning my car using Carista fault B109515 Right Temperature control door motor position sensor: open circuit/short circuit to B + appeared on the screen. I did some googling, but didn't find the same fault code description. The nearest reference I've managed to find is B108D71 Right Temperature flap position motor fault on Skoda forum - in that case the faulty part number is 5Q0907511K small electric motor under the dashboard behind knee airbag on the driver's side.
Before buying replacement I just wanted to ask if my fault code is related to the same part ?
I have right hand drive 2017 Leon FR Estate 1.4 Eco TSI.
Any help will be appreciated.

Try a flap re-calibration before spending any money

I did that and it helped for couple of days, but fault seems to be intermittent, it clears and in couple of days it appears again. From what I read it looks like it can lead to loss of heating/cooling so I would like to have replacement ready to be fitted when it fails completely. Would you know if that fault code is related to the part number in my post ?

This seems to suggest YES and shows how to replace it.
