Hi so as the title says, when I bought my Leon (mk3 1.6 tdi se) it had an existing fault saying vehicle lighting but all lights worked so I thought nothing of it. Eventually, the right tail light started messing up a bit and it started showing up in infotainment but again worked like normal. When scanning with an OBDeleven I got two different errors for it. One which was an electrical malfunction which is intermittent and one which is open circuit/short circuit to B+. Anyway fast forward a bit and each one of my lights has been dying slowly one by one. First was the right drl, then the left drl and now the left brake/tail light. All this but the right one still works despite the errors. I’ve inspected the light and the connector and they look fine and when scanning in obdeleven, both drls, left tail light and now the high mount brake light all show open circuit/short circuit to B+. The right tail light shows electrical malfunction. Any help please?
