They only do them in black

Shame they don't do them in other colours, but still, they look stealthy. I like them.

I've seen them on James L's car up close and they look a top bit of kit.

Update time.....again!

After a very swift drive to Wales and back for a day visit to the parents it's become very apparent the rear shocks are completely knackered, knocking like a b1tch and no rebound at all just sucking air

Fortunately I managed to beg the misses and she's cleared some coilovers, god knows how I managed that one. Probably the promise 'thats it for the year mod wise'

Anyway, tomorrow ill be ordering some coilovers with new top mounts and bearings. I only done the stabiliser links last week so don't need to worry about them.

Small change of plan on the coilover front.

I today ordered the H&R Twintube V1 coilovers.

They'll be here when I get back from Le Mans so will fit them in the beginning of July I think.

Well the coilovers are on order, I leave for Le Mans tomorrow and they should be here the day after I get back.

Ive got 2 gauges to wire up, coilovers to fit, a new MAF to fit, some new hoses to fit and having my brakes rebled as im not happy with them.

All this needs doing before GTI International too!!

While I was at it I upgraded the rears to LCR calipers with EBC discs and pagid pads. Also replaced the wheel bearings for good measure and fitted LCR disc shields.


Are the LCR dust shields a different size or shape then or did your car not have any dust shields in the first place??
