best custom exhaust..

Hi there chaps,

I am looking for an exhaust for my S3. I had a milltek on my Fr previously but im tired of buying off the shelf items so want something made .
What brands are best for both sound and not loosing power ?.
Longlife any good ?. cheers

Mates got Long Life on his TT - SOUNDS AMAZING!! So im gona get it on my Cupra too!! Also he had issues with it rubbing when it got hot, just rang them up and they sorted it no questions asked.

i had a custom powerflow on my last car, was very well built (but VERY loud)

+1 for this question as well. Can be Slough area. There is a powerflow branch here but im nto sure how good are they. There are many bad opinions about powerflow lately.

Actually i know very, very good custom exhaust specialists that do exhausts for race cars as well. They are called Simpsons exhaust. I've been there - garage looked mint and tidy. Some beautiful cars around as well. Only problem was with quote for a turbo back exhaust for my cupra. 2,5 inhc TBE with sports car - £1000. I could never justify that on my £2k car . Yeah, I've had a couple of custom made Power Flows or a few different motors and although they are VERY good and last FOREVER.......they're just way too loud if you do long trips etc! Anything over 20/30 miles, you arrive wanting to cut your ear drums out with a sharp object!
