best fm radio station for ipod fm transmitter?

was using 107.4 fm but recently there is a lot of interference. before that used 87.9 (89.7?) but that is the same now.

also, can you manually tune the RDS stations? i'm sure i did this before but can't weem to do it now???

mine changes much to my annoyance.i have 107.5 set on the head unit,but i noticed today it gets some interference near Telford(now there's another reason to avoid the place).
i suppose it depends on local radio stations,what's good for one region could be rubbish for another :shrug:
happy i got one though,could do with more cable on mine,as the ciggie lighter socket is in a crap position.

It took several weeks to find that 90.2 worked best for me, depending on weather conditions if on the M25 I might get bleed over from Radio 2. Thankfully those days are few and far between
