Diesels run on excess air anyways so the best filtration and protection for your turbo is the stock paper element. Induction kits don’t offer any great increase in noise on a diesel. Save your money
I have kept oem induction box but ive took out paper filter and protective guard below it and inserted BMC air filter. In front of the box ive changed oem intake with carbon revo one + behind box ive inserted dsrkside silicon hoseinstead of oem one. There is little bit more noise from the engine and i would say it has littlebit more pull on full throtle but its maybe placebo. Ive done it long time before i get my hands on acc. measuring device so...
The thing i can say is that revo intake have left hole open so engine is cooler then with stock one.
And not to forget ive done this on hatchback 2016 FR 2.0 150ps diesel Leon.
Its more of a cosmetical than performance mode at diesels
