best lowering springs

I want to lower my cupra TDI on 18" BBS CH reps. What is the best drop that's not too low and what make?

I have 18s on my FR+ and just fitted Eibach Sportlines with stock shocks. If you want less of a drop you can go for the Pro Sport springs instead

Don't fit just springs . That's what I did ( big mistake ) . Save up a bit more and buy full shocks etc. Using just springs will kill the shocks .

Compressing down the shocks with smaller springs shortens the shock levels . This will over time like mine , beat every inch of life out of them . Now have a very harsh drive and in need of a full new suspension set up .
