BHP Gains is this a loada rubbish?

Ive been nosing about the web and came across this to me it sounds like a loada cr@p!

full turbo back exhaust system +28 BHP / Torque gains

Fuel Pressure Regulator +15 BHP gains

Lighter Pulleys +25 BHP Gains

Light Weight Pistons + 20 BHP Gains



what a loada rubbish?

if you already knew then why ask?

the exhaust system probably isnt too bad...although i wouldnt expect more than say 20bhp for a full system

fpr wont do FA

lighter pullys may do something, neuspeed make them so must be good for something, not 25bhp though id imagine

light weight pistons... cant see how that works tbh

exhaust maybe, fpr no, pulleys neuspeed ones iirc actually loose power, pistons no, how can a lighter piston make power lol oh dear could sell a freezer to eskimo's

If your gonna do anything i would go with the full turbo back exhaust mate
