Personally I'd go big fish out of the two since I've had experience and also know of many others who have had a good experience with them.

Have you/are you able to consider SEDOX in Sunderland? A few people had had DPF removal on the CR170 done by them and are pleased with the results.

Im not paying just I want a good reputable garage. Spoke to both and they both seemed like they know what they doung and both offer same guarantee. Durham is closer seemed bit cheap at 450 as opposed to big fish 575 need to decide by the morning

Usually cheaper means not as good. Big Fish has a big forum presence, he sponsors VagCars. If his maps were bad he would be long gone by now. He will do all he can for aftercare as well - customer service is a big deal for John. He helped me out when I was over in Liverpool.

Personally I wouldn't be going to Durham just because they were closer, it's hardly like stokesley is that far anyway, it's only 35 minutes from Durham.

Unless you know of people who can vouch for Durham remaps work and you know that what you get will be sound, I'd go big fish.

I got mine done feb last year at Durham Remaps never had a problem with it, best money ive spent on the car tbh. I paid £550 then but hes doing them for £450 now. Car also doesn't chuck loads of black smoke out either mine I would say is like a haze of smoke wen booting it.
