Biodiesel B30

I've noticed that our local Morrisons have started to stock it. Can it be used in a new (06) TDi 140 Sport Leon 1P?

it should be limited to 5% Bio, that's the EC max, for now, so it should be OK -OR- are the claiming it IS 30%??
