BKD Turbo replacement advice.....

Ok so I blew it up at the weekend, clouds of white smoke! Took a look today with a bore scope and there’s not much left of the turbine!

So —- replacement recommendations???

Anyone have any suggestions?

Also what’s the crack with a hybrid turbo? Can I use one? The car has a record stage one map will this effect it?

I've been running a turbo dynamics stage 2 hybrid on my BKD (PD140) for the last number of years, only issue could be clutch slippage and intercooler pipes can pop off due to boost levels.

Otherwise no problems at all once properly mapped.

So if I went for anything other than a standard turbo the map would need re-doing?
