Could be Lambda sensor playing up.

Check-Plugs, Leads, Distributor Rotor Arm, Fuel Pressure Regulator, Injectors.
Overfuelling not rings or valve guides from what you described.

if it's overfuelling (pertol smell heavy ?) then i wouldnt be driving it til saturday

could be filling the cat and burning up and making a nice lovely pool of metal in its belly to block it up.

= knackered cat + if ya unlucky blocked exhaust centre box too

There isnt a strong smell of petrol in the car, there is a slight smell of something but i dont know what it is, smells kind of like celary ?!?!?! lol

Just had the rotor arm, dizzy cat, spark plugs and leads changed so it shouoldnt be anything to do with them should it?

I had this same problem, starled clouding black smoke when you put the foot down,also causing the dam thing to rattle an bang like a bitch when slowing down,was guessing this is unburnt fuel??i dont have any middle boxes or CAT to clog so i was safe there, im guessing it is the leads an plugs as the leads are still factory fitted from 1996 plugs are not obv! what long term problems out of interest would this cause if not dfelt with quick enough?? accept the fact it drinks petrol like god know what??

Does it do it all the time (like on idle) or only when you got your foot to the floor? Could be that the engine isnt getting enough air to burn the fuel rather than it overfueling.

It only smokes out the exhaust when i have my foot flat to the floor
And its now taking up oil as well

How can i fix it lol

I would say that is air starvation then. Clean the air filter first. Have you got a standard filter or induction kit

If i sorted the air filter out that wont stop it from takin oil up will it?

a car will consume oil over time any way! how many miles since last topped up and how low is it?

it is losing oil quite qucikly
i checked it on monday and it was at a good level (halfway between the markers) and by friday it was just below the marker
i know a car consumes oil, but shouldnt take it up this quickly lol

it defo sounds like a blocked air filter to me, it would suck on the breather pipe if the air couldnt get past the filter hence the oil burning
