Parts dept = Useless!

Tried getting some trade prices on parts for my cupra.
Parts man Never there and never returns phone calls and the girl on the end of the phone didn’t seam to have a clue what she was doing!

Went in on a Saturday the other week about 11am just to find out that the parts dept had closed 1.5hrs early

Surely in the current climate you would try keep all the customers you can not push them away with poor customer service!

If i ran my parts dept this way I’d be sacked! lol

Saying all that though..... My cupra broke down on me there other day, so I spoke to one of there tech's in the workshop and he helped me diagnose what the problem might be and how to fix over the phone. I followed his instructions and managed to fix the fault.
So big kudos to him for being a top bloke! (sorry i cant remeber his name!)

So theres my rant over!

Anyone else had any probs with them?

been there once, the dealer was a bit of a billy bullshitter, so I sacked them off and went elsewhere.

One of the young techs there drives like an absolute bellend too, I refuse to take mine there because he could possibly end up in the drivers seat of it, (doesn't help he has a civic) I take it to vw down the road instead
