Blind spot mirror

My drivers mirror is not heating up so I ordered a new one from a dealer. The one that came has the blind spot on it.

Anyone else replaced their drivers mirror and did you get a standard glass?

I've seen people on here saying they want a mirror with this, so maybe Seat only fit normal ones at the factory to cut costs, but you can get blind spot ones from dealers.

Yes, and there is a small vertical line separating the main mirror to the blind spot. It was a Seat part I got.

Yeah it has the line down it too. I fitted it last night and its heating up nicely now. Just need to get used to the view in it with the blind spot part at the edge.

i didnt know you could get these?
the pre facelift really needs them , the blind spots are terrible , could loose a whole lorry in them easily.

The box it came in is in the boot of my car. I'll try and post P/N up tonight.

Easy to change too. The connectors on mine were abit corroded so I also gave them a clean up.
