block 118 run advice please

Hi all,I have just done a run with vag-com on my skoda octavia VRS and am trying to find a hesitation problem what are your views please.

i have also done block 002 and 115 if anyones interested.

Standard i'm guessing? N75 duty looks fine!

YOu may as well post blocks 2 & 115 be interesting to see MAF readings! Didgy MAF could be your cause!

Car Surges slightly then hesitates for a couple of seconds then boost settles back down again.This only happens in 4th and 5th gear (five speed box).
Run was done in third and car has just been remapped, this is when the hesitations started.

After changing gear or just during? At what kinda rpm?

MAF looks fine. It could be dodgy N75 valve. Common problem!

After changing into 4th for about 2 seconds then when i change into 5th again for about 2 secs,Its a little worse in 5th. Happens quite early in rev range about 3000 rpm.
Have already changed N75 made absolutly no difference, Both were F version

would try maf first and work from there

Maf readings look ok though don't they? and it idles fine.

looking at block 118 the pressure seems to fluctuate at about the range when it hesitates is this normal,others i have seen seem to reach a max point then drop.

seen all this before you look and look for the fault and its normally down to maf problem,even though it says its o.k. doesnt mean that it is. done 100's of them now some totally gone some like this

Thanks for response, Hesitation only happened since remap so could it really be down to a weak/fauty maf?
Any more ideas before i cough up for a new maf

Looking at block 118 the n75 readings really seem to drop down to the 60s% from about 2480 rpm, is this common for a remapped Auq engine?

Your maf looks fine, but slighly could be better (e.g air filter, cold feed).

You boost seems fine, but why is tailing of earlier , after 3500rpm.

who did your remap?

any logs for the CF, the fueling?

Its a diga-tec map.
Could the hesitation be the reason why its tailing off?
Its an octy vrs 180bhp.Running forge dv with green spring.

If the car was fine, before the remap, then you may want to have a word with them.
