Blowing hot air on one side

So a few weeks ago my blend door actuator failed and after replacing all was good until recently, now I'm having issues with the passenger side only blowing hot air.
If I have the AC on full the drivers side is cold but the passenger is maximum heat.

The actuator isn't the problem as I can hear it working and it would cause both sides to be hot anyway. It's not a silica bag as mine doesn't have it, plus I was under the impression it'd be the other way round.

I've recalibrated the HVAC system and no difference.

Sorry, don't have an answer but I've just posted a related problem I've got. Is the behaviour on yours different ? What is the blend door actuator, is it the flap servomotor on one of the vents ?
