Bluetooth not pairing Mobile

My seat Alhambra Reg 65 been parked for long time and battery terminal was off. When re connected after long time car Bluetooth not pairing my new mobile. Fail to connect ok when msg comes on car screen. Touch system on screen not allowing me to access.
