Both fog lights and front right indicator, what to replace with?

Owned my mk2 10 plate leon fr for a week and need to replace 2 front fogs and indicator bulb front right.

Got any links for upgraded bulbs for indicator lights and fog lights? Ive seen the sticky on the fog light change, easy to do. Any tutorial on the indicator? is it a bumper off job or? never replaced lights in my previous cars as i have never had to.
