Brake Caliper Removal

Could anyone tell me how to remove the caliper mounting bolts on the front of cordoba vario 2001 1.9tdi in particular what kind of socket is required (hex, torx etc)?

Regular, two 13's for the sliders and I think it's either 17's or 18's for the carrier. That what was on mine anyhoo.
