Brake upgrade

I know this was posted many times but many times it is very confusing and misleading. Have a 2014 1.4 cupra, 288mm brakes and looking for a upgrade, as i saw 310-312mm are the easiest. what exactly do i need for 310 and what for 312. Can i use golf 5 gti brakes? Are they just plug and play?

Golf mk 5 uses 5 x 112 bolt pattern

You need something off of a platform that uses 5 x 100

Mk1 octavia VRS
Mk1 audi TT


Im not sure if the physical calipers will fit from the golf mk5 but the carriers may not bolt up. Thats just a thought
