Yes, but you get noisy brakes on a 100K Gallardo too so I wouldn't worry too much.

You can use copper grease to reduce it.

Noisy how? Mine aren't noisy other than a slight clunk on reverse which has been discussed on the forums recently my brakes dont make any noise

if they squeal at lower speeds then put some copper grease on the back of the pad

I get a slight squeal from the fronts at low speeds sometimes, get the usual clonk i reverse.

niether issue really bothers me

If they're grumbly/droning when braking, the pads are ready. Don't trust the wear sensor.
