really.. personally i know nothing about bulbs etc but heard off a friend obvioulsy more powerful = more heat but the leds dont give any heat (hardly much) just trying to learn abit about them as i am wanting to change mine

Canbus compatible LED bulbs have a resistor in to simulate the load of a standard bulb.

The resistor can get hot when used for a while.

thanks mate. so actually led's can get hot.. so would you think those bulbs in the link would be okay and not heat up?

The bulbs in your links are ULTRA bulbs - they are not LED - they are standard bulbs with a blue coating that shine bright white when on.

Lots of people on here have used the ULTRA bulbs
