Hi new to this!!!

Would like to know when the cam belt should be changed on a seat leon cupra r 225? Want to know what mileage they should be changed peoples personal opinons as well as what seat recommend, havent actually brought the car yet, but want to find a good one. As recently the car i owed the cam belt snapped and it should have had miles left before change.
Also would i replace everything to be safe i.e, water pump, tensioners etc?

And anything generally to look out for when buying a cupra r?!!

Please help
Thanks!!:headhurt:

It is 4 years or 60k miles, whichever comes first. It's a good idea to replace with a whole kit including tensioners etc as well as a metal impeller water pump.

P.S. The search bar is your friend.

as mentionned, general rule of thumb for safety is 60k or 4 years old, which ever comes first

even if its showing know signs, better safe than sorry
