Hello, was just wondering how could anyone access the Body Control Module under the steering wheel to solder wires to the pins of the CAN gateway? As the wires are in a very tight place and very short, so is there another way to connect to CAN HI and CAN LO ?

Not sure, because the instructions for the OPS only states the pin number 7 and 17 on the Body Control Module under the steering wheel.. but I may try connecting it to the OBD diagnostic pins and see how it goes..

Thank you so much for the info.. I happened to go to a professional to retrofit the front and rear sensors with OPS function.. he wired as instructed in the manual.. but apparently there is something wrong with the coding because it gives me function not available when I select it on the 5" screen under car settings.. dunno what to do really :S

The problem may be that the manual is for a VW Golf. Could you show here the Module-10 coding you have?

Something similar to this:

Address 10: Park/Steer Assist

Well I can't really say, but the instructions really are for a VW Golf 7.. would it differ much? Could u perhaps tell me the options of each byte in module 10 that u have checked in the coding?
The problem is that the ESC function is also not working now.. it seems like the coding in the manual has done some harm to my car :(

I did copy this, but it still gives me a fault..
