well depends, some stuff can be fitted at dealers like ipod connection etc but stuff like xenons bluetooth has to be fitted at factory...

I was thinking of the 17 inch wheel upgrade and tinted rear windows????

I'm sure a dealer could sort something out. However as a dealer retro dot they will be more expensive than the factory option.

17inchs no problem, just ask them... for tints not sure they might give you contact details for where to go to get them tinted but it's £120 to get the rear tinted.

They can provide the 17" wheels bit they aren't cheap to buy. It's unlikely they will do the same cost as the factory option.

I ordered the car over a week ago, and its on its way to the dealer apparently, but I got money for my birthday so was thinking of upgrading a couple of accessories. But I think its too much hassle.
