Car getting up to temperature quickly then temperature gauge rising about 90

Hi, I bought my 2010 1.6 seat Leon about 6 months ago and I noticed about 2 months ago that the car was getting up to temperature a lot quicker than before, I got told not to worry about it that cars adapt to temperature changes and will heat up quicker when it’s colder outside. Shortly after this I noticed it was rising above the 90 to the big nick above it, I got the thermostat changed, the coolant temperature sensor changed and then the water pump and timing belt and still doing it. When you lift the bonnet it’s not warm as if it is over heating. I have been told that the pipes and radiator are all fine also, has anyone any recommendations or ever had this issue

thanks

Before all the work got done could of been the thermostat at issue.... After all the work I'd say most likely air in the system. How is the heating in the car? Its its cold its gonna be air in the system if its hot that's good but can still be needing bleeding abit. Run the engine without the radiator cap on (stationary) with heating on full blast at highest temp to make sure it's all bled out. The air needs to go hot so the thermostat opens up and circulates so it could take about 20/30 mins to do. If your coolant is disappearing it's the air coming out so top it up.
When it's colder outside it takes longer to warm up the engine it doesn't adapt to the weather.
